As a Head of Investment and M&A at Oxygen, Ben is responsible for the pipeline of new investments and acquisitions for all group companies. Ben's experience ranges from Health & Social care transactions, to early stage tech and commercial and residential real estate.

Ben has experience in raising debt finance, acquisitions and minority stake investments across a broad range of sectors. Ben has previously worked directly with NHS Trusts, US Government agencies, UK social care companies, and large European Medical Suppliers.

Ben formerly worked at Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, in the Commercial Litigation Group based in Birmingham. Gowling WLG is an international law firm with offices in 19 cities across the globe. Ben’s practice focused on assisting with corporate and commercial disputes acting on behalf of and advising clients both within the UK and abroad.
