Mark has spent the majority of his career to date in the Health & Social Care industry, formerly running Claimar Care Group PLC, one of the UK’s largest social care providers. Starting as a family business, Mark grew Claimar from a turnover of £0.25m to a turnover of £75m per annum employing around 4,500 people upon exit to Housing21 in 2009.

In 2010, Mark founded Oxygen and over the past 10 years Oxygen has supported and invested over 1,000 businesses.

Alongside this, Mark co-founded one of the first Tech Accelerator programs in the UK, providing a mix of investment, intensive boot camp and access to a mentor base of over 250 industry leaders. He also owned and managed Launch48, a pre-accelerator program that supported around 1,000 startups from Idea to MVP.
